Our services are full of worship - this includes music, giving, prayer, and a message from the Word of God. The music at Highland Park is a blend of traditional hymns, gospel, and contemporary worship. Many people dress "business casual," but some dress up more, and some less. Whatever your style, know that you are welcome as you are.
Offerings are taken to provide for the needs of the ministry and in obedience to God's command, but it is voluntary and should only be done "cheerfully" as the Spirit of God leads.
Everyone is encouraged to bring a Bible and follow along as the pastor preaches. If you don't have a Bible, we'd love to provide you with one to use during the service - just ask one of the ushers or greeters before the service begins.
